◆What is AutoReserve?
AutoReserve is a service that leverages AI to facilitate restaurant reservations both within Japan and internationally.
Even outside of restaurant business hours, users can search for their desired venue through AutoReserve and make online reservations.
It eliminates barriers to restaurant reservations, such as being unable to book during business hours while commuting or working, or difficulties faced by non-native speakers or those with hearing impairments who cannot make phone reservations.
2 Million Bookable Restaurants Achieved!
AutoReserve has surpassed 2 million bookable restaurants!
In addition to Japanese restaurants, the platform features a wide selection of international venues, with over 2.25 million restaurants available for reservations worldwide as of September 2024.
Registered Users in Over 100 Countries Worldwide!
As of September 2024, AutoReserve’s registered users have expanded to over 100 countries! With users in more than half of the 196 countries worldwide, it’s clear there is significant demand for a service that facilitates phone reservations with restaurants.
In fact, the increasing inbound tourism has led to a growing number of foreign visitors using AutoReserve each year. This trend is driven by the unique challenge that many Japanese restaurants only accept reservations by phone, creating a high demand among international visitors for assistance with such bookings.
What’s next for AutoReserve?
Currently, AutoReserve offers reservations for restaurants in 13 countries.
In the near future, we plan to add restaurant listings from countries like France and Spain, aiming to expand to 40 countries by the end of 2025.
